I´m an IT guy…. since when being this was not fancy…I have been on this industry for more than 30 years, so I had the opportunity to see so many things, work with so many technologies and people, in so many different environments that I can tell you that tech change a lot, but people don’t. . I´m used to say that, although it is written on my business card “IT Director”, it would be more correct if it is “People Director” – that is what I do everyday: talk with people, trying to address people´s concerns, people´s desires, fears, motivations and so on.
