I was introduced to Bryan prior to my starting at Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations. He had volunteered to help with my relocation without ever meeting me and has been a respected friend and colleague ever since. Bryan came to us as part of a team of consultants we hired from Venetia Systems to help us align the systems and processes of our four North American business operations. He provided program management services including maintaining forecasts and budgets, planning and coordinating the execution of the plan, and creating project deliverables. One of his deliverables was a business case for our ERP implementation which has been very useful as a tool to communicate and keep focus on the value of the project.
